Terms
By using ClaraBrief you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language and we'll give clear notice if anything material changes.

ClaraBrief operates a per-tenant intelligence pipeline that ingests public sources, applies AI-assisted deduplication and summarisation, and delivers a daily briefing by email. The service runs on a weekday schedule with weekly long-form delivery on Thursdays.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for the accuracy of the tenant configuration you provide (sources, recipient list, business context), and for the activity of users you invite to your workspace.
You agree not to use ClaraBrief to: (a) ingest content you don't have the right to ingest, (b) reverse-engineer the service or its underlying models, (c) attempt to bypass rate limits or send abusive traffic, or (d) distribute the resulting briefings in ways that violate the source publishers' terms.
Briefings, blog drafts, and sales digests are composed by AI agents and may contain errors, omissions, or misattributions despite our dedup and citation safeguards. You are responsible for editorial review before any briefing is acted on or republished. We surface source links on every story specifically so a human can verify before propagating.
ClaraBrief surfaces and summarises third-party content. Copyright remains with the original publisher. Where a briefing references a source, we link to it directly. Wholesale republication of third-party text is your responsibility to clear with the source.
We target weekday delivery before 8 AM ET. We do not currently offer a formal SLA. If a scheduled run fails to produce a briefing, we mark the next-day delivery clearly so you can tell a gap from a quiet news day.
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@clarabrief.com. On cancellation we stop scheduled runs immediately and delete tenant-specific data within 30 days, as described in the privacy policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaraBrief is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We'll post material changes here and email workspace administrators with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
